Your breast probably hurt from being "all tied up" all day. If it's more then one bra maybe you should try a different style. But then again boobs are tender or sensitive around your period.

I know my boobs get really sore right before my period, but they also get sore when I ovulate. Are you due for your period? Ovulation occurs 14 days after your period. Good luck, I know it sucks!!

It's normal for breasts to be sensitive, or hurt sometimes. It's just a part of growing up.

it could be your hormones, Ihad the same problem when my level was too high.
You could go to the dr but there is nothing they can do for it. And it will settle down and go away

I would keep a journal & see when your breasts hurt.
It sounds like it's more hormonal & glandular not muscular.
However, I would make an apt. with your doc. & get checked-out to make sure everything is alright with your body.
