I guess what's 'best' is subjective to the listener. The answers so far all rattle off their 'pop' era stuff & refer to tracks from 81 like Abacab & Paperlate as the 'old stuff'. In a way, one can say it's all old stuff since nothing made after 91 will be played, but this is a band that started in 1967 and put out their first album at the end of 68. In the 70's they were one of the top progressive rock acts around. Bands like King Crimson, Yes, Pink Floyd, and ELP were considered their contemporaries. Members from bands like Rush, Queen, and Iron Maiden are on record as being influenced by their early music. And while he wasn't the first to employ the technique, Steve Hackett was doing 2 handed tapping on his guitar as early as 71, years before Eddie Van came round...
That being said, some stuff from that era will be played, but not nearly enough for my taste (they have to keep the pop era fans happy). But the European setlist was decent. More older stuff than they had played in previous tours, lots of instrumental stuff. But infortunately, the best 'Phil era' song (Ripples) is rumored to be being dropped from the NA leg of the tour in favor of the worst song they ever charted (In Too Deep). Which is a shame since a lot of the pop fans would probably like Ripples.
But to restrict the conversation to the best stuff that will (likely) be played: the In The Cage/Cinema Show medley. Firth of Fifth (instrumental section)/I Know What I Like. Dukes Travels. Los Endos. Later stuff like Home on the Sea is decent. And they did make some good pop songs. But a person who has been exposed to the earlier, better stuff it's easy to be disappointed. The songs considered to be the best among G-fans, 'Suppers Ready' & 'The Musical Box' (which might have the first tapping on a studio recorded rock song, before that I think it was done just on jazz records or on stage) are definitely not being played.
Below I have the link to a fansite that has on there the full European setlist.

I LOVE GENESIS!!! They have lots of great songs, but I think my favorites include some of their old stuff like "Abacab" and "Paper Late". I also like some of their later stuff, like "That's All" and "Land of Confusion".

Abacab is their best song, then "Turn It On" and "Land Of Confusion". Just my opinion!
