I am a huge fan of wikipedia and I occasionally go on there to look up stuff for school and things like that. To make this clear I am not a member of wikipedia and have never edited anything on there in my life. All of a sudden about two days ago a message says on the top of the page that I was blocked from editing and all these really weird messages from other users. I was shocked because they know my IP address and everything. Has anything ever happened to you all or do you know what the hell is going on?

I teach school and I would never let my students use Wikipedia. There is so much incorrect information on there. Stop using it..

It could be that someone else in your household used your computer to do the editing. Check into that and good luck.

weird what happened to you but... don't use wikiepedia for school becaue it is the most unreliable website and anyone can go on there and make stuff up
