I've been having this problem on and off for about three years now. It will be were my bladder isn't even a third of the way full, and I will feel like I really have to go. So I'll try, but find that I can't. I've been to thousands of doctors and an expert (forgot what they are called), and I have had a catheter. The doctors are all stumped. Any help? I really want to know.

(P.s.) Would PCOS pertain to any of this?

Do you have a prolapsed uterus? Have you been pregnant or lost weight? From the sounds of it you might have a UTI (urinary tract infection) but you've been to doctors & they would have prescribed antibiotics for you. I haven't heard of PCOS affecting your bladder, I would seek out specialist.
