Here in Bakersfield, CA it's actually a nice 88° as of 4:45 PM. In fact, according to my ten-day 4cast on Weather.com, only one day is expected to be 100°, so if u wish 2 b somewhere not as hot (or humid, 4 that matter), then by all means, mosey your sweet self over here! Beautiful day or night to go biking or swimming, I'll tell u that!

you're able to do it, yet your physique will start to crash after the 1st 2 days and you have got hardship falling asleep once you desire to till you grow for use to it. I used to artwork double shifts 6 days a week 10:30pm-7am and 7am-3:30pm with a a million/2 hour tension to and fro to artwork. And it actually sucked and that i became continuously drained. there have been factors the place i could no longer sleep once I have been given abode because of the fact it became nevertheless daylight hours and that i could finally end up finally falling asleep status up at artwork, forgetting what i became doing for a 2nd or 2, and making the occasional mistake. It took me a pair of weeks to swap and that i became waiting to sleep for the period of my ruin time at artwork which helped alot. I additionally had to place up heavy dark blankets over the abode windows to dam out the photograph voltaic to simulate it being night time in my mattress room. I labored those shifts for 6 months in the present day till now I decrease back on my hours to purely a shift and a a million/2 5 days a week which rather helped me out after dragging by those months. And be cautious driving. particularly some cases I hit the rumble strips on the parkway sleeping off driving abode. turn on the AC complete blast interior the summertime and blast the radio. or in the process the wintry climate roll down the abode windows, which i did some cases whilst it became 30 something with snow on the floor because of the fact i could no longer stay unsleeping. So your challenge can artwork, although that's going to take alot out of you. good success with it.

It has hardly reached 70F in Edinburgh this summer so a bit of real heat would not go amiss (at least it has stopped raining).
