Nope.
He flooded the earth once because of all of those things humans have done. He promised never to do it again; and he reminds us of this every time we see a rainbow.

it somewhat is somewhat an thrilling question. i haven't coronary heart that one till now. i think of the actuality that the concepts is able to adapting like that shows the complexity of God's introduction. think of roughly it, in case you made a working laptop or computer yet under no circumstances gave it an working device, would it artwork all? would that is waiting to evolve to the situations and proceed functioning? The human physique is basically a device, an extremely very properly designed device. That being suggested, while mankind fell from grace in the backyard of Eden, the appropriate layout of the device became improper. issues stopped working how they have been meant to. that is nonetheless a masterpiece, pondering each thing that has to circulate precise in the human physique on any given day for it to artwork good. however the certainty remains that purely with the aid of fact the flaw of sin entered into our expertise, flaws appeared in the human physique. it is the reason regardless of God's intentions for Mankind, issues such as you reported can and do take place. If God already geared up into use to settle for Him, then we would not have loose will. So He did no longer build it into us.

NO!!! He won't do that....He loves us too much; He gave His only son to die a horrific death on a cross so that He could save our souls (John 3:16). Do you honestly think He would let all that go to waste for nothing?!? Besides, he warned us that all this would happen. For example, war and natural disasters: (Matthew 24: 6-8) "You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains." and as far as society goes, He's just giving us more time to repent. Everything happens for a reason, and as far as I can tell, everything is going as planned. But, you're right, "the world staggers like a drunkard; it shakes like a tent in a storm. It falls and will not rise again, for the sins of the earth are very great." (Isaiah 24:20). The Day of Judgment is coming soon, based on what the Bible has told us...but as long as you have faith in Christ, there is nothing to fear :) Hope this helps

If i recall correctly He got tired of it once and sent a Flood. But He promised He wouldn't do that again. So how should we all die this time? ...meteors? Fire from Heavens? Famine? Disease? Maybe global warming is what He has planned...
But wait! Why would God go through all the trouble of living as Jesus, being tortured, dying and then all that raised-again stuff if He's going to destroy us? I think, with all the effort He's put into us, He's going to stick with us.
Whew. I was going to panic there for a moment. We are so Lucky!

Nope,
No matter how messed up we are, God loves us too much to do that (again- note flood allegory).
He is a merciful God, "slow to anger, and governing all with mercy" (the book of Wisdom, old testament)
Plus, He made us a covenant (promise). The world has been through worse and we will get through this too, until this world passes away.
We just can't know when that will be.

Isn't god supposed to be omniscient? That would mean he knew in advance everything that was going to happen, and yet he decided to create the world anyway.
As for all the "jesus junkies" quoting Revelations, I think if the world does come to an end it will be because of the religious extremists who believe, wholeheartedly but incorrectly, that they are acting in the name of their god.
By the way, the things you list--GW, war, & society--are hardly big deals in the big scheme of things. As for GW, the planet has been both much colder and much hotter in the past. War? That's always been around as well, except that nowadays we actually frown upon genociding all your enemies. Society? We're doing pretty good if you ask me. Folks were MUCH more barbaric in the past, especially in ancient ("biblical," if you will) times.

nope. it's like in the movie constantine... god has created this world... but he gave us free will. he stands back and watches us make our choices. god does not have a direct influence in our lives. on that note, neither does the devil. we are free to choose and do what we want. god created the world wanting us to be able to make choices... so therefore, he cannot punish the entire world for those choices. besides... the person that talked about the great flood and the promise never to do it again had a very good point!

Yes. Read the book of Revelation. Be sure to read the last two chapters first. Heaven is going to be a million times better than the life we live here on this earth.
Heaven only for those who have accepted the sacrafice Jesus made on the cross as a substitute for OUR sins.
Ask him to come into your heart today?
