Cast Members are NOT stupid. Wait in line like everyone else and let the people who are REALLY in need use the Handicap line.
BTW--- Injuries and Disabilities do NOT get you to the FRONT of the line, they just make your wait time shorter.

No...
First there are quite a few lines are totally ADA compliant so even if you were in a Wheelchair they would direct you to the regular line anyways.
If there was a ride where the line was not compliant you could get a Guest Assistance Pass that would let you use Alternative Boarding. However, due to safety requirements in terms of if they needed to evacuate you off the ride, they limit the number of special assistance people on the ride at any one time. This is usually one group per cycle. Because of this, there are several times where your wait time could actually be longer than if you just waited in the regular line.
The moral of the story is, leave the special assistance lines and requirements for people who actually need them.

You can but the cast members often notice fakers and will have you tossed from the park, take away your wheelchair, that sort of thing. You biggest concern should be other guests getting pissed off at you and maybe giving you a real handicap so your on the level.
My philosophy for lazy people is, if you cant walk around a theme park you don't have any business being there. Just stay home, makes the lines shorter for the rest of us.
I hope someday you don't find out what its really like to not be able to walk around a theme park or stand in line for your favorite ride. but if you really want to find out what its like, keep being lazy and eat a bunch of junk, never get any exercise, and get fat and diabetic.

No they wouldn't. Unless you're in a wheelchair or on crutches and have the boot thing on your foot. Anyway they have fast passes which enables you to skip to the head of the line. Pretending you have a handicap is just dumb. There are people in this world with REAL handicaps. Whoever posted this, get a life!

How about you just wait in line like all the other people!!!!!
Only jerks would fake that!
And plus, if you just pass up the stuff in the line, you'll miss out on a lot of neat stuff, because usually their lines have some cool animatronics, scenery, and special effects that make the line seem shorter than it really is...

If you did have a broken foot then would probably be more inclined to not let you on the ride -An also will probably call an ambulance or something !

I wouldn't advide anyone to do that, and besides they would probably get a trained member of staff to check your foot and maybe even take you to the hospital and if they find out nothing if it was staged they probably wouldn't see the "funny" side and you could get into trouble.

use a wheelchair and they put you to the front of the line - come up with a good reason why you need the wheel chair though otherwise they can say you're not physically fit enough to go the ride. Say something like you get easily fatigued from (insert illness here)
