The same reason that women like them. I think the people who don't like guns are the ones with mental problems. Why would a rational person prefer to be defenceless?

I wish the massive 4 could leave and circulate away and play in a Euro League. yet could a sparkling vast 4 emerge and positioned us lower back the place we are actually? interior the top i assume the communities with the biggest fan base and massive grounds could take over. i.e. guy city, Villa, Newcastle, possibly Spurs. probable no longer Portsmouth with 20000 crowd. Sunderland as an intruder?

Because we are leaders who need to 1. protect the family-community, with weapons. 2. hunt to provide for the community and family, with weapons.

Humans don't have thick hides or claws or fangs like animals do, and men are the ones who historically needed weapons to support society. This evolutionary trait hasn't had millions of years to subside.

I think some guys like the feeling of power and control if they have a gun-- not as much the fact that they have a lethal weapon.
