I have twin cousins and twin nephews. Personally, I would be very upset to find out that I was having twins, but I was just curious to see how others felt. Of course I would be happy to have any healthy babies, but twins are more work than a lot of people can imagine

I had twins. it was shocking to say the least. we had been trying for 2 years. i had had one miscarriage the year before i got pregnant with the twins. i had an ultrasound at 8 weeks and they found "them". it was a shock to say the least. we were NOT on fertility drugs, we did NOT have them in the family, and honestly i was pretty sure i wasnt even pregnant. but "there they were". i was happy to know i was pregnant, and scared to death. other than twins and being very uncomfortable, i had a normal pregnancy and delivered vaginally at 36 weeks. we all came home 3 days later happy and healthy. i was never upset, i did however ask the question (more than once) "WHY ME???" it is a blessing and a chore all at the same time. many will ask how do/did you do it, and the only answer i had was i didnt have the luxury of thinking about it, i just did/do it. I count my blessings every day and thank my stars for the happy healthy children i have. some days it can be a love/hate thing, but i pull myself up by the bootstraps and keep going.

Personally I would like to have twins but more so if it was my first pregnancy but in the case of all ready having kids and then twins coming I would want healthy kids and nothing to happen to them but i would prefer not to have twins 2 babies and other kids would be more hard work than assumed.

I was pregnant with twins and lost one.. That was the worst feeling ever.. I would be excited to hear the news IT'S TWINS... I have heard from so many people with twins that its no different then taking care of just one... Yeah it is double the work but who cares atleast you have had the joys of having a baby..

we did ivf and my husband and I mentioned the probability of twins. We had medium reaction to the treatment and so once they recommended 2 embryos. I jumped and stated we talked it over we, are dedicated. So I was once considering one might stick, good 3 weeks later on the extremely sound we had 2 embryos chugging alongside. My reaction was once much less then girl like. I desire to be a mom, however 2 directly was once/ nonetheless is whatever that takes adjusting. I am contented to have twins, however I is not going to do that once more. One shot and they're born that is it. My womb is closed.

When it was confirmed I was having twins I was watching my ultrasound ,they put the scope on my tummy and BAM!!!! its twins..... I started crying, but they were tears of happiness. I always knew I was going to have twins, its just such a blessing its very indescribable! even now that they are 6 month I wouldn't change having them for the world!!!!

I would be just as happy with twins, as with a single baby. Triplets is where I would start to panic.
