Hey... just be yourself all the time. Make more friends that way, and you don't have to be shy as often, and allow yourself to be you all the time. No use fooling people. Be free to be yourself at all times. You will be more comfortable, and others will know you as you, not as a shy person hiding inside. Have fun! Let loose, and make more friends.

For starters your young, the world is your oyster. Second get some guy friends, if you can be friendly around guys that are your friends then you should be a shoe in for the more serious types. Plus they can give you helpful advice about themselfs.
Third dont do what i think you might want to, at least know what your getting into before. Sex can be double edged so be careful

Aww, hun. (: Just like me. There really is nothing you can do about it. These feelings stay with you. I pretend I don't give a **** what other people think and everyone thinks I'm outgoing when really my knees are shaking.

talk about one for 30 sec to 1 min. Then ask them what they think, then talk about another. this should take up 5 min easy. If they want to talk, they will keep talking after this. If you feel like you are pulling teeth, they don't want to talk. Mabey they don't like you, or mabey their grandma just died so don't take it personally and get upset. Good luck.
