i have a guy friend at work (we are teenagers) and he always seems to enjoy my company..like he will go out of his way to talk to me a lot and tries to get my attention a lot. he's really nice and gives me hugs sometimes. one time i felt like flirting and so i pretended to tickle him..now everytime i pass by he pokes me or taps my arm...does he like me or not? should i make a move or wait on him? honest answers thanks

i don't think you should make a move because it sounds like a really good friendship. just ask to hang out with him. at the end of the night say you had a good night. then he'll say the same and most likely ask you to go on another "date" or ask you to hang out again. either way it's a win win. sometimes having a good friend is better than having an attached man anyway.
and sometimes, like say if yall went to a movie, laughed and had fun, then you ask how he feels about you, and if he doesn't like you like that, it'll become really uncomfortable and your friendship would be ruined. just let it happen when it happens ok? good luck =)
