trovalta_stinks_2 (below) Agreed. Overseas he has pulled some good things off. This is more of a domestic question. Good point though.,

There are all those times he went to foreign COUNTRIES to bring American hostages back home alive. He did so in Iraq, Lybia, and I think Bosnia also.

He also objected to the 70s movies that made white people the bad guys and pimps the good guys (blacksploitation movies). He did not support those views.

More then a few comedians over the years have remarked that Jessie is able to pull off some of these great deals by reasons some might not like .
That he gets it done because they know it really makes the president and others look bad when a man from the civil rights era can accomplish something they can not .

Seperate but equal was not a big thing in Europe .

I think had we not had so many black troops in ww2 come back after experiencing some freedom it may have been 50 more years to we had a civil rights movement .

The most true thing that I have ever heard about Jesse Jackson actually came off an episode of Southpark. The one when Stan's dad said n***** on national television.

"Jesse Jackson isn't the king of black people!"
"He told me he was..."

Yeah, I hate him too. Have a peak at the book "Exposing The Real Jesse Jackson" if you want a good read.

Jessie Jackson seems to be a radical anti-racist to me. Its his supporters that misunderstand his intentions that makes his every issue into a black thing, most likely, because they are radical racists themselves.

LOL More points we agree on. Jesse Jackson is one of the worst things to happen to black people. I believe MLK rolls over in his grave regularly.

No. Good Question.

I can't think of a single incident that wasn't caused by evil white people.

OH!!! OH!!! Got one.
When Bill Clinton declared the HE "was the First Black President", Jesse went along with it.
Now, something was screwy there.....
Doe's anyone really want to know what it was????
I don't think so.

Well, they ask him if Barek is black enough.

What kind of a question is that to ask, it's almost as unnecessary a question as was the one smart-mouthed republican that asked a president if he had done things that all smart-mouthed republicans did everyday?

What repugnance!
