I wait outside until they come out and beat the crap out of them. Or if they're going outside I memorize their face until I can schedule a beat down for them later.

Mutter to myself about the lack of manners of people in the south. Unless they might not speak English then i say your welcome in espanol. If they still don't say anything I call them names in espanol under my breath

I do exactly what you did....say "you're welcome"...or say "after you, Dear." You just can't make people have good manners anymore, can you?
