There's plenty of outright anime porn. It would be pretty difficult to list it all, and I'm not really familiar with it. People mention La Blue Girl as a typical example, but I have never seen it myself.

Of the titles that are released in English, that you could pick up in a local store, and that I've seen... I wouldn't let my kid (who is 14) watch:

Goldenboy
Agent Aika
Cutey Honey
Devil Hunter Yohko
Eiken
Jungle De Ikou
Knights of Ramune
Ninja Scroll

There's also lots of marginal stuff like Godannar and Tenchi GXP which are pretty full of fanservice but wouldn't be rated R. It all depends where you want to draw the limits for your child.

anime for the most part is more mature than normal "cartoons". there is cussing and humor that is pretty mature for a child. i think you need to research the titles he is into. because the raw japanese DBZ is very different than what they showed here, for a more mature audience.

hentai and if u mean any anime well all have his some violence some a lil romance and that kind of stuff but from wat i saw and now till now there is nothing that bad not to see in anime

edit-but if i had to choose i would choose not to let him see one piece ya its nice but alot alot of violence and blood in it and i mean alot

but naruto, bleach, fullmetal are 100% ok. no sexul contant and talks about people. they are adult swim. but even so they are no violt in a bad way
