The good news:
Sounds like a loose drive belt.
If thats all it is, it's a minor adjustment.
The bad news:
The service call will still be about $50.00 unless it's under warantee. - Sorry

Why pay 4 times the regular price,..and have a chance of buying a defect... A defect like front-loaders hold water that eventually spoils, and stinks.. Yea,..there's a remedy,..the new model that cost even more..Only in america..Bloody Crooks..
