No, it is not a swastika. Even so, which direction would it face? If the swastika is one direction, then it is a Nazi symbol, if it is the other direction, then it is the Native American symbol for peace.

a swastika is by definition a hooked cross. There is no cross, so this does not resemble a swastika.
