the best is all the happy great feelings that go along with love. the ecstatic feeling when two people share a loving relationship. the high you could say.
the worst is when it ends and the happiness goes away. it is like falling from a 50 story building. this would be the break up faze, this part is especially hard when only one is ready to leave the relationship.
