Well.... I usually don't sober up so I don't have hangovers. Try some Gatorade and vodka. The Gatorade for dehydration and the vodka to ...... well, make you feel better I suppose.

First if you feel sick and know your going to be sick, dont hang over the toilet or go back and forward to the toilet constantly, make yourself sick and then it's over and done with!
Secondly go make a cup of tea drink it and eat a few ice poles along with it!!!!!

Drink loads of water to rehydrate yourself and fresh orange juice to give you lots of vitamin C.
