It's cute. I love the name Dean. It's a great old sounding name, but it doesn't sound like an old man. :) A very nice strong name for a boy.

Really depends on your last name. I like Ryan, but Dean as a middle name is a little "Red-neck" sounding to me (sorry). I would try to think of another middle name.

I would usually do a short name with a long name like Ryan Jameson or something.
