Here are some great stores to shop at!
Aeropostale
Clearance at Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle
Kohls
Gordmans
T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and Plato's Closet have a lot of cheap name brand things too!
JC Penny, Dillards and Macys has cheap things in clearance
I'm not sure but you can check at the clearance at Nordstrom, but I think it's still pretty expensive.
Also, go to the Juniors department at Target, they have a lot of cute clothes and you can see a lot of their items in Teen Vogue, Seventeen, and Cosmo Girl magazines.
Also Wet Seal and Forever 21
Go to Payless for your shoes.
And don't be ashamed of shopping at these places, some people jus can't afford it! I'm the same way!

okk, shop clearances at AE, Hollister, Macys, and A&F, you'll be surprised with some of the good bargains, otherwise, try Aero, Old Navy, Wet Seal, Delia's, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, JC Penney, Target, and Kohls.

Yard sales, garage sales, thrift stores, dollar stores, and Big Lots.
You can find clothes galore at thrift stores and yard sales - even better if you hit the thrift store on 50% off day. Any style you desire, you will find it at the thrift stores. And their prices are usually cheap, like, 3 dollars each for shirts, 3 dollars each for pants, and 2 dollars each for skirts.
Payless and Mervyn's sales are good for shoes.
Mervyn's sales are good for getting good lingerie and socks.
Dollar stores stock tons of paper, notebooks, pens and pencils, pencil cases, and other office supplies.

They got great back to school fashion in JC Penny they on style and cost less!

Target! They have great stuff in the junior's section.I got a couple of shirts there and I LOOOVE them so much,I am not wearing them untill school.I'd just hate it if they got ruined.U'll feel the same way.

AE...if you look at the sale section then the prices are VERY reasonable. Plus, the the outfits there are cute.

u can check the clearance at abercrombie and hollister, they have some really cute stuff
also wet seal and forever21 is pretty cheap and really cute too
try pacsun too
also american eagles clearance is really cheap

forever 21 they have good quality clothes and you'll be surprised with the price! i love it there trendy and affordable!
