Good question. Kahli is bigger but Henry Might be stronger and they have a combined 7 moves.

Oh I forgot about Kahli learning a new move.8 moves combined then.

Mark Henry. He's a better wrestler than Khali and he also trash talks more in the ring (which would make him meaner).
