For example, doesn't it feel like Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Rudy Gulliani, Mitt Romney and Fred Thompson are all nominated already? You know what I mean? I don't recall choosing these people. They seem to be already chosen for me thanks to the media's obession and constant hype. And all of them have pretty lousy track records and lack luster resume's. I don't know about anybody else, but, I feel totally jipped out this time around and that it doesn't matter who I vote for in the primary, because it's not going to matter - the choices are already made no matter who is the best for the position.

Does anybody else feel like me?

It's disheartening, and I blame the media for a lot of it. They focus so much on the horse race aspect of it that they don't really cover candidates' positions and qualifications. That's much easier to report on and doesn't cost as much, and is an easy out.

But it cheapens political discourse overall, and we are the losers for it.

I know big money is a substantial reason, but good press coverage would go a long way to evening the financial field out.

There has by no ability been a solid candidate considering that Kennedy replaced into murdered; formerly; Obama is a solid guy with a great mind, sound reasoning and genuine values of human decency. he's have been given the flexibility to make a great President; some thing the human beings of usa of usa prefer and deserve.

i do..it is over a year before the election for president and how can anyone know who will fall due to something the media may uncover or some catastrophic event so i am not even going to declare myself a devotee of any of the candidates.

so far, i have yet to see any on either side who interest me, of the top tier canidates, just more of the sameo sameo from all the candidates, not much difference in any of them but i will keep listening to what they say and more importantly what they do til next November and will hope for someone to arrive and stand out from the crowd.

Yes, it does feel exactly like that.

The most money doesn't necessarily mean the winner...it just means that the people with the most money have big donors with big buisiness...Any of which I don't want to represent me to begin with because that just means that they are sell outs!

Ron Paul is the ONLY one with actual AMERICAN values at heart and NOT a sell out like the others!

You aren't alone in this. I'm already sick of hearing those names and I haven't gone to the voting booth yet! I'm beginning to feel railroaded into only those "popular" names since it doesn't seem anyone else stands a chance.

I think we should all jump ship and vote Ron Paul myself. A practical libertarian as president would be a nice change.

No one has to vote for who is on the ballot in this country. You can write in who ever you want.
