If you want to do it half a** way and fast then get some oak color putty and rub it over the scratches, if you want to do it the correct way then you will need to sand the spot with fine sand paer, stain it the color to match your table top then put poly over it.

Stores such as Home Depot sell specially designed crayons in several wood shades especially for covering up scratches. You can find them in the paint department. Then you should use Old English oil on them.
