they're ok-I prefer Harry Potter by far on terms of quality.

They're not really the BEST.
Gossip Girl and The It-Girl are WAY better.
But sometimes The Clique, it just gets kind of old, like they're super immature compared to Gossip Girl and the other series like that.

But yeah, they're pretty rad.

I have a great award winning sci-fi/fantasy author for you though!

Try the Xenogenesis trilogy by Octavia E. butler.

Octavia has won both Hugo and Nebula awards for her work. She also was the first sci-fi/fantasy writer to receive MacArthur Foundation "Genius" Grant.

Hmmm, not obsessed, but I loved it for light reading in the car!

It's just a little offensive, but still really good.
