Okay, I've seen you ask this a couple of times, and I did have a look around. It's pretty unusual, and I suspect it doesn't have a generic name. I very much doubt you're going to be able to buy one anyway, except possibly in a vintage clothing shop (maybe print out your photo and take it with you. The people in the shop may know more.) It looks to me like a modified crew neck jumper. The back most certainly is. The front looks like a crew neck where the knitter forgot to stop! You could probably knit yourself (or get someone to knit ti for you - I think there are places online that will knit you custom patterns if you don't know any knitters) a copy pretty easily. Just take a simple crew neck sweater pattern, then at the neck, instead of shaping the neckhole, just knit across in a stretchy rib stitch.

That's closer to a crew neck than a turtleneck, mock or not. However, it's not a true crew neck either. Better ask a clerk in a menswear store - take a print of the photo to the store.

dont think you can get this kind off neck on a jumper anymore, they were just tring it out 4 a season and it didn't catch on, it's a high crew neck, i know cause i worked in a clothin store in beverly hills in 1985.

It's a modified crew neck. The opening should be a little larger for it to be a real crew.
