That thought has occurred to me too... he appears to be intolerant of different points of view, surrounding himself with those who tell him what he wants to hear... not what he needs to hear. To me, that's a sign of an insecurity.

Because you see yourself in him....it is called transference. We all see in others what we hate in ourselves..whether the person we see negatively is guilty of the offense or not.....I see him as a kind, competent, passionate leader....guess I win.
