The top MBA programs want you to have three or four years of work experience before they accept you. They will not look at your extracurricular activities from back when you were in college.

In my opinion, it isn't worth getting a full-time MBA from a school that is not ranked. The added benefit will not pay for the cost of getting the degree.

Do some volunteer work. Are you getting a 4 year degree in Business Administration or Business Management or similar.

I heard that DeVry does have some accreditation, but not sure how their reputation fairs.

Try to get your hands on an internship.
