So tommorow I'm starting a diet. And I'm going to buy a diet journal, what kind of diet journal should I get, just a notebook, or some kind of specific notebook? And what should I put in there and stuff? I'm 5'0 and 150 pounds, so I want to lose 50 pounds by march. Because my height is suppose to weigh 100. Do you think I can do it? It would be Starting date August 9 - March 9th.
