I feel like this is such a silly question since I dislike it so passionately. I love the end result, just can't stand the process. But I know people that actually love the physical act of cleaning.

Frustration is often seen as a negative emotion. It can be when it is not harnessed.
It gives me the strength to clean an organize.
I worked at a care home for more then 8 years and have learned the danger of letting a mess build up. Unfortunately, my SO does not feel the same way.
ADD: I agree that the right music helps. I really like to clean to the Run Lola Run soundtrack.

I love things to just stay clean and keep them that way. I don't like to clean up a big mess, but I do love the end result so I do it anyway.

I hate to think about having to clean. .. but once I get going. . .I just zone out and get it done. It can be therapeutic!
I also love the end result. I am a neat freak even so.

I find that it helps relieve stress so yes I do like to clean when I'm stressed and the end result is good too :)

I don't like to clean my own house,because I'm not getting paid for it!!!lol However, I just cleaned my kitchen...even wiped down the cupboards!! Now for the rest of the house!!lol

I'm the same way...
I try to make it fun while cleaning...so I play my favorite music...I've created a playlist on my computer with my favorite upbeat music to help me get through the process of it...

I do like to clean I cant stand it when things are not where there suppose to be. I like to keep the house nice and tidy.
