Hi
any of the day labor places will put you right to work if you need money right away.
Also (don;t laugh) if you have a car and decent driving record Domino will hire right away for delivery I have done it from time to time and averaged 12-17 an hour doing it. jb listings can be found at jacksonville.com under classifieds-->jobs You can also try citibank 954-7500 decent pay but takes a little while

Good jobs dont hire quick.
You will have to get a crap job like fast food or even day labor... then you can apply at Citicards or Blue Cross or wherever, and get hired after an interview and background investigation... about 2-3 weeks.

If you need a "good job" that will hire you "quick" then you seem to be desperate which means you do not have the luxury of taking a "good job"... think you'll need to take any legit job that offers a steady paycheck.
