I saw my ex this weekend. He got a big smile on his face when he saw me. He kept touching my hand, trying to hug me and could not take his eyes off of me. He told me to call him the next time I am in town and that we would spend some time together. He called me that same night to see if I got home okay and called me sweetheart. If I text him, he texts right back. Is it possible that he might still have feelings for me or is he just being a friend?

Before you read to much into it, think back on why he is your Ex. Did you break up with him? Why? There is a reason you did not stay together the first time and that reason is likely to come up again. If you were meant to be together then more than likely you would not have separated in the first place. Part of your relationship may have been fantastic or even perfect - BUT - for some reason you separated.
