Invert the denominator fraction and multiply:
(5/6)/(10/15) = (5/6) * (15/10) = (5*15)/(6*10) = 5/4 .

Basically you flip the bottom fraction over, and then multiply.
(5/6)/(10/15) = (5/6)*(15/10) = (5/6)*(3/2) = 15/12 = 5/4

what you have to do is learn the rules of basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction, multiplication and division), and master them. until you do you will struggle with everything math related, which is everything in the world that matters.
for instance: in order to divide two fractions, you invert the denominator fraction and multiply it by the numerator.
the reason this works is x/x = 1, anthing divided by itself equals 1 (as long as x does not equal 0).
5/6
----- multiply this by
10/15
15/10
--------
15/10
you get
(5/6)(15/10)
----------------
(10/15)(15/10)
since
(10/15)(15/10) = 1
that just leaves you with (5/6)(15/10)
all you have to do is invert the denominator fraction and multiply it by the numerator fraction.
now you have (5*15)/(6*10) = 75/60 = 5/4
