Go to a special shop, there are very nice things which are comfortable, clothes can be ok even in this situation. Pay attention to tops which are tight under your breast but very wide and long after that, they are often decorated with chains, gems and so on. Just don't go in a sports costume and naked belly, looks vulgar and untudy. Also there are dresses with several layers of see -through fabric, rather wide ones. Try it.
