Just try to remember what it was like to be happy, to feel good...Next smile, the physical response to a smile will make you feel better emotionally. Try to think of it as a choice, feel good or feel bad and choose to feel good. Smile and hold on to the thoughts that make you feel better, stick with it and eventually maybe you'll really start to feel better...Good Luck!

yes it happens but dont give up or give in to it...thats the worst thing you can do. Try to get out and have some fresh air, or go to church, different things help different people but as time passes things get better. Have you figured out what makes you feel this way?once you do that maybe itll do some good to get rid of who or what makes you feel this way or talk about it with a friend, or even a therapist. Dont give up!

Yes, but things got a little better a little at a time- I think I was just mostly young, insecure, and lost. Now, I'm older and smarter, and things are MUCH better and I have a lot of hope that I can make my life what I want it to be.

Everyone feels like that sometime. You can snap out of it. I have been tidying up today, answering questions on here, cooking, ironing, and believe me it takes your mind off of whatever is troubling you (I am convinced an 18-year friendship with someone is on the rocks).

I have come to the conclusion it comes with age...at 48 I realized some time ago that something is always aching or not quite right...I have learned to deal with it and fondly miss my younger days when I always felt great.

Yes. And then I say I'll give it one more day and then I'll give up. Next day, I find some other reason to hang on. Before you know it, you have found many reasons. As I have said, my days are filled with pain, but pain does not fill my day.

Its a mind thing. If you tell yourself you feel bad, you will. Think positive and tell yourself you fell wonderful and in good health. You have to believe it though.

Yes, it is perfectly normal to feel that way on occasion. I usually get that way when the weather is gloomy.
