YES because rubber is rubber. For example, say like you have a rubber band at a bond fire and you get way to close to the fire and you catch on fire. When your on fire the rubber band is too. Or even while your driving and you get into a car acedent and the car catches on fire, will the tires, the rubber tires.

Yes and Yes...I blew a axle seal in my 65 Olds on the way to Nasville and not only did it catch the leaking gaer oil on fire but the tire as well.
