It is possible, but without more information it is terribly hard to say. You definitely would be aiming for the lit-magazine market. It might fit into a magazine like "Fantasy & Science Fiction," depending on the horror element (though not specifically a horror magazine, this one has been known to publish such pieces).
What you need to do is research such magazines to find one that publishes your sort of stories. Do not send your story out at random, it can get you a bad reputation (no one will probably take note, but it is hard enough to get published without this possibility).

That would depend on the type of publication you're looking for. I know a great site where you can post your work for free
(it's not really formal publishing, though - anyone can submit, so I've read some pretty sloppy stories). It's mostly for teens, I think. I posted a little novella on there a year or so ago, when I was fifteen, and got quite a bit of feedback. Granted, it wasn't really educated feedback, but review is a review, right? I'll put the link down for you.
Other than that, I have no experience with publication. Sorry!
Hope this helps!

Yes there are many ways you can publish a story. Try looking in the yellow papers, or even your own school can have a newspaper going on. Its always a great start.
Try looking in your area. It depends alot where you live. But its always worth the try.. Try researching in the computer..
Well hope i helped and have a great day sweetie..
good luck!
