I dont believe there are any...just find a dock that rents them and I'm sure as long as you have money and a valid drivers license you can rent...good luck and have fun!

Seriously, I'm pretty sure it's that easy. I do believe though that if you plan on piloting the vessel yourself you'll need to have a captain's license or some sort of document that verifies you are capable of handling the vessel. Otherwise you can just hire a captain along with the boat and they'll take you wherever you want to go (within reason).
