Well for some people it is alot harder especially if they suffer from chronic suicidal depression which luckily I don't, I just have bipolar which thankfully is under control at the moment ever since I have come off fluoxitine.
I've just always hung on and struggled my way through I guess is all I can really say and family support helps too.
