Im sorry but in my "OPINION" hip hop and rap does plain suck i am into all kinds rock more alternative, emo, and screamo but really i mean how many people will it take to say it is a waste of money and talent and yes to some im wrong but Id like feed back please

I used to be the same as you saying hip-hop/rap sucks but then I realized I was wasting my time and just ignored them.

I like "get it shawty" lol I'm not offended (unlike most) but I see why u hate rap i hate it to but I'm in love with hip-hop (yes there's a difference) rap is babbling about not a damn thing but hip-hop is a dying culture and is actually talking about something the only reason people don't know the other side of it because real hip-hop is almost non-existant n e way I am into rock too so I'm not completely on one side I guess i'm on the fence I just love music in general REAL music..

For rock - there is everything from "wuss rock" (Kenny Loggins), Classic Rock (Rolling Stones), Hair Metal (Twisted Sister), Death Metal (Fear Factory), and MANY more...
For "rap", there is everything from R&B (James Brown), Funk (George S. Clinton), Hip Hop (Mos Def), Gangsta Rap...
It's all a matter of TASTE!

I frequently thumbs down a wall of textual content fabric if i are not getting something from it in the 1st couple of sentences. I certainly have seen messages that look to circulate on and on. Do you really want someone to point out how much talent it takes to create good hip-hop? Someone to point you to good hip-hop to check out? Someone to tell you that it is foolish to make stupid generalizations that are in fact rude while asking people not to be rude in return? Or do you just want to jump up on a soap box and have 20 people go "yeah, you;re so right. rap sux and it's all like check out my ride check out my hoes totally it's so easy to be a rapper they like totally don't even play their own instruments. They're so lame." I'm guessing it's the latter. I'm going back to baseball, you kids wear me out.

I used to be the same as you, and I bet your the same age as me. Let me guess, you're all "do your own thing" when all the people I see that claim to hate rap, have no logical reason to do so. You're a follower. You're someone who thinks that if you don't fit the image you butter up, you won't be excepted. You're someone who thinks that just because rap and hip hop aren't exactly your cup of tea, it's fine to just lash out on it. I know when people lash out on rock, I go to town on their ***, but when people lash out on rap, I do the same. Here's something for you, stop being closed-minded and shut the **** up when it comes to different music.
