i am planning on going to a csu first
i know lots of science is required, just cant find a site that tells me how much math is required
i m a socal resident

Here's UCLA's requirements. Doesn't look like any math, other than what your college makes you take to fulfill their GE's. The one thing I'd recommend is to try and go to a UC. You'll have a better chance of being accepted into a UC. Cal States aren't too prestigious. If you want to save money, go to a CC first and then transfer to a UC.

# of units: 90 semester units or 135 quarter units
* Limitations on accredited community college course work: only 70 semester or 105 quarter units will be accepted.

DAT’s must be taken no later than December 31st and within a three-year period (including the current year applying). Canadian DAT's are not accepted.

3. Residency Status:
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
(Permanent Residents must be in possession of their Resident Alien Card at time of application)

Foreign Applicants
Applicants from other countries must be eligible for a student visa, meet the regular requirements
for admission to the UCLA School of Dentistry and complete ALL pre-dental pre-requisites at a U.S
college or university accredited by the Association of American Universities (www.aau.edu ). It
should be noted that financial aid is limited to U.S. citizens and permanent residents so foreign
applicants should not apply unless they have adequate funding for their professional educational
and living expenses.
