Personally, i think puss in boots is better because the cat in the hat in only for toodlers, and puss in boots can make anybody from any age laugh...so puss in boots all the way

Well the cat in the hat is like a drug pusher...and puss in boots is a cat with a sword and boots....I would like to hang out with both of them personally.
