As pertaining to what? You really have no rights to do anything without your parents permission, unless you care legally emancipated, which at age 14 you can, as long as you can show the judge that you can work to support yourself, pay rent, and still go to school or get a GED.

You have a right to proper nutrition, a roof over your head, basic clothing, an education and the right to live without being abused. That's about it honey rights dont kick in untill your legal and that is 18 years of age.

You have the right to have cloths to wear, food to eat, a roof over your head and not be physically or emotionally abused. Beyond that you don't have any rights: there is literally nothing you can do unless you are willing to drill a hole in the bottom of the boat. Don't do it! Wait and see, at 17 you can join the military and be on your own....

At 14, a child is considered to be 'an infant minor' and therefore has no rights other than the right not to be beat up, the right to be educated, the right not to be injured.

Just because you don't like your folks now doesn't mean that you need to start yelling about 'rights'. Sµck it in and mind your parents until you are 18. If you still don't like it then, leave.
