in a way yes. If you are dateing and you introduce the kids to eachother, that , to me, puts the relationship on the next level

"grounds"?kind of an odd way to put it. sounds more like you're divorcing. anyway, if you want to get serious with this woman, just talk to her about it.not on that trip however. tell her how you feel. if she feels the same, great. if not, either give it some more time or decide if you want to wait around.
edit- sorry, i missread the q. she has every right to ask what to expect out of the relationship. just like you would.

Whether its at the theme park w/the kids or on a dinner date with just the two of ya... that question will pop out of her mouth regardless. Time and place... it doesn't matter to us women.

I have found that women try to plan out the fairy tale in their head as soon as the variables are in plain sight. If she has her children from a previous relationship and you have yours, then all of you going out and having a good time is not necessarily a bad thing and she probably just wants to know if you are accepting her and her children and vice versa.
When I got divorced the first thing on my list was any women I dated had to get along with my daughter. If not, there is the road. Needless to say, many failed.

You start doing "family" things with all the kids involved and she has every right to ask where this relationship is going. She's looking out for her kids.

Well of course...anyone that "goes" to a theme park is motivated for sure.
Theme Parks of America..... A slice of Hell for the entire family.

Thats asking too much or doing too much if you are not ready to commit. There are kids involved and they can get attched to you and the situation. So unless if you are ready I would not do those kind of activities with the kids.

A beverage and a biscuit is grounds for her to ask that question. Just answer it honestly.
