It depends on how well you learn, but since German is a more complex language I'd say 2-3 years. I'm learning German myself, but you're off to a great start. You should practice any german at least 3hrs a week.
Levels depends entirely on your how well you master basics and upper levels. Intermedite can take 6 months-1 year or more I'd say.

Well i teach english as a second language and 2 hours of english lessons a week will take about 4 years. So i would guess about the same length of time for german

I did lived there 4 two months n I learned some basics,,, it depends what age u r at and how good u r in meeting people.... u really need 2 speak to Germans especially youngsters man they ask u 10 questions every second. don't be shy if u make any mistake as u r there 2 learn

That's a lot of work, well done
Make sure you review your notes and everything so it stays in your mind, mindmaps help.

I think you will be at a novice level. Beginner-Advanced Beginner (A1-A2 on European scale). To reach an intermediate level, I would suggest taking a class.
