Can i report internet fraud for purses i paid for and never got them?

i paid for some replica purses, but i never got them, should i report this website or i would also get in trouble b/c i bought replica purses?

Report it if you can. Replicas are all over the place so it's not exactly illegal. Remember, 2 of junk is still junk. Get the real thing from a reputable store.
