I want to strip. Plain and simple. I know I have the body for it. I am 5'6" 140 lbs. I am what you would consider an "urban model". I am very curvy. The main thing I worried about is someone I know or just people in general are going to have something to say. Need your opinion!

Dont worry about it. If you want to try it go for it. Dont let anyone or anything hold you back from doing what you want to do!

From my prospect of view, stripping can't be a dream for a person. those who turn out to be strippers felt they had no hope again. But i don't think hope is lost for you. I also don't know your age but I have a bunch of other things you could do.

Also, if you become a striper and then decide to change your mind, getting a job, even from a close friend will be very difficult.

Lastly, to help yourself decide, make a list of the advantages and disadvantages of stripping with the longterm advantages and disadvantages. It will help you. I hope you make the right choice.

Of course, my first inclination is to ask to see some photos so I can make an honest assessment before I answer...but I won't!

Okay - so you aren't ashamed of your body.
Personally, I believe that is a very healthy thing.
We're born that way, aren't we?

Having modeled (in the nude) before an all-women's art class, I don't have a hang-up about it.
By the way - one of the artists was my step-mom.

So, you just need to assert yourself and come to terms that IF someone you know sees you, so what?
Tell them that you are proud of what God gave you, that you earn good money and that it's legal.

Good luck!

I have known a few girls that stripped and they all turned out fine. Some danced a few weeks and made fast cash and some danced for years and made a fine living. It is up to each girl to decide "what type of dancer" she wants to be. Some dance full nude and spread their legs and some only go topless. It is up to you what you want. NOT that you can't dance nude and have class. It is just what you do after the music stops...

You can be whoever you want to be. People are always going to talk about you no matter what. People are gonna talk. All you have to do is ignore them and brush it them off.

It's your life and you do want you want to do. If want to be a stripper, don't let people bring you down. Just know the consequences of what you are doing though.

There has to be something better out there for you. My advice: don't do it. If you do, guys will only like you for your body. If you don't then when you find a guy, he will like you for you and your body will just be a bonus. Is not fair to you to only be good for men to look at and nothing more. You are better than that.

You'll hate yourself for it when your older, and only shady men like strippers. You'll never get a good man and people will talk about you.

Please don't do that to yourself. I don't know you but believe me you will regret it later on in life. Those men will not respect you . . . you will just be a lil hood rat to them. Please set higher goals for yourself. Please learn to respect yourself. You will not get any respect from anyone (friends, family, customers, etc.) and if they tell you they do it is because misery loves company. Learn to love yourself!!!

This question doesn't really have anything to do with celebrities. I mean NOTHING to do with celebrities, strippers aren't famous, they are just nasty...
