Jesus is making of ONE BLOOD, ALL the races and nations of mankind.
Today, there are no pure races, all are mixtures of nine basic human races. For example, the three white races (long head, broad head, round head) are all very mixed from among other races. It is the blend of many races that make this so-called white race.
The so-called white race is actually the olive shade of the violet hue, not pure, snow-white. The sudden biological uplifting of the human races by Adam and Eve (the violet race) , only about 37,000 years ago, gives all mankind some of these dominant genes --thus when all present nine races are fully blended, the result will be this olive to tan-olive shade of the dominant violet hue -- so-called white race.
On paying $ reparations, the past is past; no sense to continue any racial discrimination. In Spirit potential, all humans are EQUAL.

Lol I wish I could answer that humorously :) However, in the U.S., a mulatto is not a mulatto. A mulatto is considered black. So, no. No self-reparations.

That's a good question. The standard of racism is one drop of black blood makes you black, so we'll see if it applys when reparation is involved.
