Your 13, you don't need 200 dollars. Wait till your 16 and get a job.

This would be a good time for you to learn the difference between NEED and WANT. I seriously doubt there is anything that a 13 year old NEEDS that takes that much money. This is something you WANT.

Wanting something you don't have the money to pay for is living beyond your means and is a very bad habit to get into.

Save your money. Do odd jobs to earn extra. Then when you have the cash in hand you can buy it.

I can offer you a job. It will take exactly two weeks. Well not really two weeks. If you work for 6 days at my dad's restaurant in Muscat, Oman then, we can pay you. Or you can work in Riyadh, in my mom's shop. We will pay you in Riyals, so you have to go to the currency exchange yourself. Or you can mow the lawn, and ask your parents for the money. Ask them, and tell them you will work it out, by cleaning the whole house, the cars, mow the lawn. Don't be cheap. A lot of work is required for that kind of money. Try to bribe them, or just work your way through.

I know a place where they are paying kids your age over $50 an hour to do simple research using search engines.

Sadly, you don't qualify.

However, here are some other ideas:

Deliver newspapers, walk dogs, tutor younger kids if you are good at a subject in school, sell baked goods, iron clothes for people, do errands for people, pet-sit, bus tables, do party cleanup, wash and wax cars, put out flyers offering to help with home improvement projects, wash windows in town for businesses, get groceries for elderly people ....

Example: One girl I knew set up a bakery delivery service - she baked and delivered fresh bread and baked goods around the neighborhood and made decent money.

Idea: Offer to help before, during and after parties. Keep things neat, food out, get drinks for people (not alcohol), take coats, entertain kids, keep music going, whatever help is needed. Then, help clean up later.

Make up nice flyers and distribute them around your neighborhood. Keep letters of recommendation in a file to show people. Tell people you are a hard worker and would appreciate the chance to help them.

Sell cookies or something to neighbors. I always just mowed grass...but I am a guy so...you could ask your Parents or grandparents for some... I wouldnt ask for all at one time... you could also pawn some jewelry or video games for some extra cash... you could also have a garage sale.
