if you have taken tae bo for 30 min. 4 days for about 4 months now. and you are good at the exercise. Can you still be fit if you keep just that one exercise up or do you have to increase it in order to keep fit?
-And if i have to increase it; do you mean by adding another day or by minutes?
-I don't have that much time to spend on exercise- is there any plan that i can continue with the 30 min. if the days aren't an issue?
