if you have taken tae bo for 30 min. 4 days for about 4 months now. and you are good at the exercise. Can you still be fit if you keep just that one exercise up or do you have to increase it in order to keep fit?

-And if i have to increase it; do you mean by adding another day or by minutes?
-I don't have that much time to spend on exercise- is there any plan that i can continue with the 30 min. if the days aren't an issue?

You would need to increase the time a bit more or add another exercise to help keep from getting in to a plateau.

Walking a little bit can also be a good way to help stay fit and only takes a few minutes to do and one can add a bit of time gradually. Also, you can do some exercises in a chair if you are at a job where you sit all day.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well as a fitness trainer (if any offer free consultations, check ads in the paper to see if gyms in the area offer things like this) for additional ideas.
