Yes, some people think that I am too nice. However when pushed to the edge or if I feel used I usually lash out by being nasty or mean and the person eventually will just leave me alone.
However I am working on telling people how I feel instead of waiting until the anger bills up. Now when I feel a bit manipulated I will say something, it helps, it's not easy but it's better then me getting to the point where I just wash my hands of the entire situation.

Yes. But I have been lucky. Not by anyone who is really good at it. The only way to deal is to be very, very, direct with your yessess and nos and not to let them manage the situation.
